The Mr Clever Dripper is a combination of the best features of a French press and a dripper. Its special construction helps control the extraction time.
Thanks to the use of a paper filter, no coffee grounds make it into the drink as it drips through the Clever Dripper.
The setup and control of the drip speed are advantages over the V60 dripper; thanks to these features, similar to a French Press, we can experiment with extraction time and temperature. This is possible due to a special construction that only releases the drink from the dripper once it is placed on a container.
