Special knives with two-phase grinding geometry. These Fellow knives upgrade your Ode grinder and give you a sweet, balanced and complex cup of coffee with enough clarity to really highlight the flavor.

Whether you enjoy light roasts and want a higher extraction, or prefer medium and dark roasts with rich chocolate and caramel notes – these knives have something for everyone.

• 64 mm

• They allow grinding for finer preparation methods, but are not suitable for espresso

• With Gen 2 knives you can grind from 250-300 microns onwards (compared to 550 microns with standard knives)

• Ideal for pour-over, French press, filter coffee, AeroPress and cold brew – but not for espresso!
